Central Public School Bhiwandi has well-qualified, trained and experienced teachers. Teachers Training by the professionals are conducted every year. Every year teachers of C.P.S. Bhiwandi are appointed by the competent authority for various evaluation works.

Salary of the staff is being paid through Union Bank of India, Bhiwandi, Thane through single cheque transfer advice/electronic clearing service (ECS). Some of the staff is also being paid in cash due to some unavoidable circumstances and unforeseen reasons.
